George Kleeman Training grant

Purpose

The USATF Pacific Foundation provides grants for help with training and competition to United States Olympic hopefuls competing in track & field and race walking. The grant is named in memory of a founder and  former president of the Foundation, George Kleeman. George dedicated much of his time and financial assets in the creation of a grant program to benefit athletes and coaches in the Pacific Association. George passed away in 2018 but his legacy lives on in all parts of USA Track and Field.

This Olympic year our focus is to fund athletes that have a potential to compete at the Olympic Trials. All qualifying performances must be attained between January 1, 2023 and June 9, 2024.
